Where do we start?
Firstly, we need to establish a starting point. We need to understand what your goals are, when you want to achieve them, and what plan is suited for you and your lifestyle.
Secondly, once the above has been achieved, we will provide you with a calorie and macronutrient based goal you will need to achieve each given day. This is a customised plan that we will build together to ensure you are able to sustain it and enjoy it.
If you’re not into the whole counting calories thing, that’s fine, we will give you a meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat… EASY!
Lastly, we need to then determine how frequently you are going to check in with us. Your options are:
- Weekly
- Fortnightly
In our opinion, the more frequently we check in with each other, the better. This is because it provides us with more data that in turn provides us with the relevant information we need to help you achieve your goals. Plus, it helps US keep YOU accountable.
What is a Check In and how is it completed?
Your check in will be 100% online based. This is done through you completing a daily or weekly log (depending on your level of service). This log gives us the relevant information to adjust your plan accordingly.
To communicate the adjusted changes we will not only update your log, but provide a video review of the changes we have made. This video will also include feedback on how you are progressing as well as any other important information we want you to be aware of.
We want to avoid writing slabs of information for you to read and comprehend. We firmly believe that although this method might take us longer to prepare and isn’t “good for business”, it will put you in the best possible position to understand what we need you to follow.
Services
Weekly – ATHLETE
This service is for anyone who takes their goals extremely seriously. Not only do we focus on getting the most out of yourself from a nutritional perspective and helping you achieve your goals, we also help you with the “one percenters” that will help you maximise your performance and optimise your body.
With this service we will require you to log your daily weight, plus other information that we will not request with other service levels such as sleep time, energy levels, muscle recovery etc. etc. This will provide us with the relevant data to provide a more comprehensive video review.
With the athlete package you will also have access to a FREE quarterly body fat test using ultrasound technology. We firmly believe this is the most effective and accurate way of regularly measuring your body fat, excluding the use of a dexa scan. However, the benefit of this as opposed to a dexa scan is that the ultrasound testing does not emit any radiation, therefore meaning you can use this more regularly (i.e. quarterly) without any side effects to your health.

Weekly – Regular
If you interested in getting the most out of yourself from a nutritional perspective for any type of athletic/sporting purpose or to achieve a certain goal within a specific timeframe, we highly recommend the weekly service. This gives us the opportunity to closely monitor your progress and make frequent changes to your plan which will ensure your plan is optimised in the best possible manner.
If you are looking to lose weight, optimise performance or both, the weekly service also allows us to use strategies that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to apply if you were using any other service.

Fortnightly – ATHLETE
This service is for anyone who takes their goals extremely seriously, however they do feel the need for a weekly check-in, but instead would prefer it fortnightly . Not only do we focus on getting the most out of yourself from a nutritional perspective and helping you achieve your goals, we also help you with the “one percenters” that will help you maximise your performance and optimise your body.
With this service we will require you to log your daily weight, plus other information that we will not request with other service levels such as sleep time, energy levels, muscle recovery etc. etc. This will provide us with the relevant data to provide a more comprehensive video review.
Service includes:

Fortnightly – Regular
If you are looking to lose weight or aid performance, and we have a bit more time to work with, the fortnightly option will suit you best. Due to the less frequent check ins we will not be able to monitor you as closely as we can with the weekly option, however, the check ins are frequent enough where we will still be able to ensure you can reach your goals in the most efficient manner.

- FORTNIGHTLY Meal Plan
NOTE – All non-athlete service clients will still have access to ultrasound body fat testing, however, the costs must be covered by yourself. Further information will be provided upon request.
